Services: Tempering

The use of tempering is a good procedure for environments where the glass is part of moving fixtures, doors, or not in a fixed frame. It provides a level of safety because it prevents the glass from shattering into large sharp pieces due to impact.

Instead, the glass breaks into millions of tiny pieces.  Further, the process adds strength to the glass material so that it is much stronger then ordinary glass.

Protection from the elements

Many times we also add a layer of clear, tempered glass onto our glass panels to create a double glazed (layered) tempered window.
